1. Discovery call

A 45-minute video or on-site session in Kuala Lumpur to capture systems, compliance triggers, and release expectations. No code access required yet.

2. Written scope

We return a statement of work listing deliverables, assumptions, timeline bands, and fees. You approve before repositories or cloud accounts are touched.

3. Build or advise

Implementation pairing happens in your tooling; advisory blocks are scheduled with shared notes and action items after each session.

4. Handover

Documentation, runbooks, and a short knowledge-transfer session for your developers. Optional follow-on retainer for the first production month.
